George Hameed - President & CEO
With over 30 years of experience, Tahir (George) Hameed possesses a diverse skillset encompassing executive management, financial expertise, and complex technical project leadership. Leveraging this proficiency, he has spearheaded large projects from inception to successful deployment. His technological expertise spans various areas, including advanced solutions like Robotic Process Automation (RPA), Machine Learning (ML), Blockchain, Analytics & Business Intelligence. He's also adept at applying Lean Six Sigma methodologies to optimize project management and system efficiency through advanced statistical modeling.
George brings a deep understanding of numerous business domains, including healthcare operations, billing & insurance management, back-office functions, advanced financial systems, and telecommunications. Backed by dual Master's degrees in Finance and Business, coupled with specialized data science training from MIT, George has consulted on numerous projects impacting businesses in the multi-million to billion-dollar range.
Furthermore, his experience extends to the government sector, where he has collaborated with government agencies to enhance their performance. By combining his expertise in healthcare and strong business acumen, George is well-positioned to empower government agencies to achieve growth, expansion, and surpass set goals across various environments.
Leadership
Robert Sens - Vice President
Robert Sens brings more than 17 years of experience leading large and complex programs for government agencies, first as a senior Federal employee and then as a consultant and contractor. He has experience leading geographically dispersed teams as large as 1,200 people in areas such as program management, change management, communications, professional services, intelligence and information analysis, and IT.
As a Senior Intelligence Analyst with the Defense Intelligence Agency (DIA), Mr. Sens supported intelligence efforts for multiple conflicts and anti-terrorism efforts. His intelligence analysis and briefings supported senior U.S. government officials, such as Cabinet-level officials and members of Congress. Mr. Sens received multiple awards for his efforts, including the Army Commander’s Award for Civilian Service while deployed to Afghanistan in support of Operation Enduring Freedom.
Following his government service, Mr. Sens entered Federal contracting, where he led contracts supporting the White House, the Departments of Defense (DOD), State, Health and Human Services (HHS), National Institutes of Health (NIH), Veteran Affairs (VA), Homeland Security (DHS), Department of Justice (DOJ), the Small Business Administration (SBA). National Science Foundation (NSF), Small Business Administration (SBA), Environmental Protection Agency (EPA), and Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC). His efforts included managing a 1,000-person program, performing daily media analysis for three U.S. Presidents, and world-wide communications for the Defense Health Agency.
Mr. Sens earned a Juris Doctor from Nova Southeastern University and a Bachelor of Science in Communications from Florida International University.
Director
Samantha Smeaton is a seasoned senior executive with extensive expertise in government contracting, business development, management, communications, and change management. With a proven track record of leading projects from inception to completion, she excels in strategic planning, contract negotiation, and oversight across multiple initiatives. Known for her strong relationship management skills, Ms. Smeaton fosters collaboration and engagement, driving successful outcomes and team alignment during periods of change. Her educational background includes a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology with a minor in Management and Organizational Leadership from The College of William and Mary, complemented by certifications as a Project Management Professional (PMP) and Certified Scrum Master (CSM). Committed to continuous improvement, she leverages her diverse skill set to enhance operational efficiency and achieve organizational goals.
Samantha Smeaton
Director – Financial Planning & Analysis
Granville Jones holds an MBA in Finance from Howard University and a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics, majoring in Accounting, from the University of Sierra Leone. He also has a Certificate in Integrating Finance and Marketing from Wharton Business School, University of Pennsylvania.
He brings over 30 years of strategic financial planning and analysis, business development, and accounting experience with superior budgeting and management experience to FMTI. He has played a leading role in fortune 100 companies to identify and implement suitable applications for Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), Customer Relationship Management (CRM), and Payroll delivery services.
Granville Jones
FSO & ITPSO
Ms. Vela provides FSO and ITPSO support to the Organization and handles both facility and personnel security clearances. She provides hands-on assistance in preparation for Defense Counterintelligence and Security Agency (DCSA) reviews and helps maintain a system of security controls within the organization in accordance with the requirements of the National Industrial Program Operating Manual. Ms. Vela has received a BS in management from Central Connecticut State University and brings over +17 years of experience with Federal and Commercial Industry to FMTI.
